We write to you at every stage, so you always know where your patient is in the process.
Tell Us About the Case
Complete the form below or email reception directly. Include any radiographs, gum charting or photographs you already hold, which spares your patient further X-rays.
We Contact the Patient
Reception confirms receipt with you, then calls the patient to book their consultation with Dr Sharma.
You Receive the Treatment Plan
Once he has seen the patient and taken any CT or iTero scan, Dr Sharma sends you his findings, the options he discussed and the one the patient has chosen.
The Patient Returns to You
At the end of treatment you get a discharge letter covering what was done and the maintenance we recommend, and the patient goes back to your care.
What We Take On
We treat only what the referral asks for. Anything else we notice, we report to you rather than treat.
Who Your Patient Sees
Dr Nikhil Sharma, our Principal Dentist, takes every implant, full-arch and Invisalign referral. He consults, plans and treats the patient personally.
Imaging for Your Own Cases
Dentists who place implants or run aligner cases themselves can refer for a scan alone.

Patients: Book Direct
If you're a patient, you can arrange a consultation for implants, All-on-4 or Invisalign with us directly. There's no need for your dentist's approval, and you can keep going to them for your examinations.
The one exception is scans. Radiation rules require a clinician to decide whether a CT scan is warranted, so either your dentist refers you for it, or Dr Sharma makes that call at your consultation.
