The Practice on Brook Street
Ferry Smile Studios is an NHS and private practice on Brook Street, in the heart of Broughty Ferry. Implants, Invisalign and cosmetic dentistry are planned and completed in the building, and the CT scanner, the iTero scanner and IV sedation sit under the same roof as your routine examination.NHS and private dentistry on Brook Street, Broughty Ferry, with CT scanning, iTero and IV sedation all on site.
Nearly Everything, Under One Roof
People having implants often grumble about being shuttled around: a scan at one place, surgery at another, the final teeth somewhere else entirely. We have arranged things so that is not how it works here.
Examination, 3D imaging, planning and the treatment itself all take place on Brook Street with the same small group of people. Where a hospital clinic would serve you better, we say so and organise the referral.
What That Means for You
CT Scanning on the Premises
Before any implant, Dr Sharma takes a cone beam CT here to measure bone height and width and locate the nerve.
Implants Placed to a Guide
For single teeth, MegaGen AnyRidge implants go in through a 3D-printed MegaGen R2 guide built from that scan. For a full arch, a custom guide is part of the Premium Guided Zirconia pathway.
Digital Scans Instead of Moulds
In a few minutes the iTero Lumina captures your teeth in 3D for aligners, crowns and night guards.
Sedation If You Need It
IV sedation is there for longer surgical visits, and for anyone who struggles with the dental chair.
A Fixed Fee, in Writing
You get a written plan and a set price before anything begins, and plan members save 10% on most private treatment.
