Which pathway fits depends on your teeth and bone, whether anything has to be extracted or left to heal, and whether fixed teeth on the day are clinically safe for you. The consultation, CBCT scan and digital records, 3D planning and routine check-ups sit inside whichever package applies. 1 There's no charge for the consultation; a £40 deposit is taken and refunded within 7 days of attending.

Four Full-Arch Pathways, Each with a Set Price
No two mouths arrive in the same state. Some arches have healed already; others need teeth taken out, time to settle, or fixed temporary teeth straight away. So there are four defined pathways, and once you've been assessed Dr Sharma will tell you which of them are clinically right for you. 1Four pathways with set prices, £9,300 to £14,950 an arch. Routine grafting comes within the Staged, Same-Day and Premium pathways when it's clinically needed. IV sedation (from £500 a session), long-term maintenance, larger bone grafts and sinus work are priced on their own, and any that apply appear on your plan before you sign.
Treating both jaws? Upper and lower count as two arches, and your plan shows the combined figure.
The Consultation, and Paying
Your first appointment with Dr Sharma costs nothing. A £40 deposit secures the slot and comes back to you within 7 days of the visit. You go home with a written plan that names your pathway and its fixed fee per arch.

What Holds the Bridge in Place
Every arch is planned by Dr Sharma on a CT scan taken here on Brook Street, so the place for each implant is settled well ahead of surgery. For Premium Guided Zirconia patients, a custom guide made with MegaGen's R2 system then carries that plan into your mouth on the day. The implants are MegaGen AnyRidge, which hold the CleanImplant Trusted Quality seal, and whether you have four or six depends on your bone and your pathway.Each arch is planned by Dr Sharma on an in-house CT scan; Premium Guided cases add a custom MegaGen R2 surgical guide.
Four Implants, Six Implants, or a Clip-in Denture
Four implants carry the bridge on Healed Foundation and Staged Treatment. On the Same-Day Fixed Teeth and Premium Guided Zirconia pathways it is four to six, depending on your bone and how hard you bite, and Dr Sharma confirms the number after examining you and reading your CBCT scan.

Would removable teeth be fine, provided they stay still? Clip-in dentures need fewer implants and cost less.
What Happens, From First Visit to Final Bridge
People come to us for full-arch treatment from all over Dundee and Angus, Forfar, Carnoustie and Arbroath among them, and from Tayport and Newport across the bridge. We arrange the visits so you make the trip as few times as safely possible.

Getting Ready

Healing
The bone bonds to the implants. Same-Day and Premium patients wear fixed temporaries if suitable; 2 Staged patients wear their temporary denture.
