A Relaxed Smile, Straight On
Face a window in daylight with the flash turned off. Smile naturally, as you would for a photo on the Esplanade with friends, rather than baring your teeth.
Biting Together, Lips Held Back
Close on your back teeth and ease your lips apart with clean fingers so that we can see your gums and the biting edges.
A Profile View
A smile from the side tells us whether the front teeth lean forward or tip inward. Ask someone else to take this one if you can.
Add a sentence or two as well: what you would change, whether anything is sore, and whether you find the dentist nerve-racking. It lets us give you a proper reply.

Should you want to go on, what follows is a free consultation at Brook Street. For implants, Invisalign, bonding and smile makeovers we ask for a £40 deposit, which is refunded within 7 days of attending. If you need to cancel or rearrange, let us know at least 48 hours ahead. The deposit is only kept if you miss the appointment without telling us.
At that appointment we examine you properly, take whatever scans the treatment calls for, and give you a written plan with a fixed fee to take away.
