Diamond Apex every year from 2022 to 2026. This is the tier Invisalign gives to the providers treating the greatest number of aligner cases, the top 1% across Europe by volume. It reflects how many patients have been treated, and it isn't a qualification.
Problems Aligners Can Fix
Most of the alignment issues adults bring to us are within reach of aligners. Your scan at the first visit gives a definite answer either way.
Crowding
Overlapping or rotated front teeth, or ones pushed back behind the teeth beside them.
Spacing
Gaps of any size around the mouth, the one between the top front teeth included.
Minor Bite Issues

What Treatment Involves
Most courses take between 6 and 18 months, according to how far the teeth have to travel.

Dr Sharma examines your teeth and gums, then captures them in minutes with the iTero Lumina scanner. No trays of putty involved.
A Preview and a Written Fee
You watch, step by step, how your teeth could move, and the cost is confirmed in writing. Treat the preview as a plan rather than a promise, since every mouth responds slightly differently.
Wearing the Aligners
You wear each set for 20 to 22 hours daily and change to the next every one to two weeks. Brief check-ups every 6 to 8 weeks keep everything on track.
Refinements Where Needed
Should one or two teeth fall behind, an extra series of aligners completes the movement. That's covered by your fee.
Retainers to Keep It
Vivera retainers come as part of the package. Worn overnight for the long haul, they prevent the teeth drifting back to where they began.
Thinking About Bonding or Veneers as Well?
Straightening first generally means much less composite or porcelain later on. A tooth that seemed chipped or narrow may simply have been sitting at the wrong angle, and once aligned it needs no work at all. That's the reason most smile makeovers start with aligners.

What Invisalign Costs
There are five packages, and the price depends on the amount of movement needed. Your scan determines which applies, and that figure is written into your plan. 2

Bought individually, the retainers, whitening and hygiene appointment would come to £950. Once your plan is signed the fee doesn't change. Fees checked October 2026. On the consultation deposit: If you need to cancel or rearrange, let us know at least 48 hours ahead. The deposit is only kept if you miss the appointment without telling us.
